‘Hart In The Forest’
Expressive Arts Retreat -
Expressive Arts Retreat -
June 28-30, 2024
Join us for a weekend of creative expression, self-discovery, play and connection amidst the beauty of nature. Our three day expressive arts retreat offers a safe space for individuals to explore the depths of their creativity, ignite their imagination, and foster connections with themselves and others.
Over the weekend we will be exploring the intersection between creative expression, imagination, play, nature and contemplative practices to assist us in forging a stronger relationship with our creative spirit and encouraging a deeper sense of meaning in our connection to life. Art, in all its forms, has the power to heal, transform, and illuminate the deepest parts of our being, as individuals and as a collective. As qualified art therapists we are committed to creating spaces that inspire and support change and healing through the spirit of creativity. We are excited to explore these realms with you over this transformative weekend.
